You don't have to stiffen your neck to peer at your screen,  grip the mouse or claw at the computer keys.  You don't need to scrunch yourself up to concentrate.

In fact, there is an easier, more thoughtful, released and painless way of approaching almost everything we do, even travelling, but we all need reminding. 

Along with lessons, my tips remind you how you really can choose not to make all this unnecessary effort -- and to avoid the pain that would follow.
